At DPT GROUP, we aim to supply only high-quality
electrical and engineering spares. If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
- You
may request a return within 14 days of receiving your
order.
- To
qualify for a return:
- The
item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
- All
manuals, accessories, and components must be included.
- Proof
of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items
that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance,
special order, or custom-fabricated items.
- Electrical
items that have been connected or powered on.
- Digital
products, software, or licenses.
Refunds
- Once
the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to
your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping
costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g.,
wrong or defective item supplied).
Exchanges
- We
will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or supplied
incorrectly.
- Please
contact our support team before returning an item for exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers
are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our
mistake.
- We
recommend using a trackable courier service. DPT GROUP will
not be responsible for returns lost in transit.

DPT GROUP Warranty & Liability Policy
Warranty Coverage
- All
products supplied by DPT GROUP are warranted
against manufacturing defects for a period of [X
months] from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- This
warranty applies only to products purchased directly from DPT GROUP or its
authorized distributors.
- Warranty
claims are subject to inspection and approval by DPT GROUP.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage
caused by incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized
modification.
- Normal
wear and tear.
- Electrical
components that have been connected incorrectly or exposed to unsuitable
operating conditions.
- Products
used outside their specified ratings, capacities, or intended
applications.
- Consumable
parts (fuses, bulbs, filters, etc.).
Liability Disclaimer
- DPT
GROUP shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) equipment
downtime, production loss, or financial loss arising from product use.
- Responsibility
for correct installation and application lies with the qualified
installer or end user.
- Products
must be installed and operated in accordance with industry standards,
local regulations, and the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Claim Procedure
- To
file a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof
of purchase (invoice or order number).
- Description
of the fault/issue.
- Photographs
or supporting evidence (if applicable).
- Products
may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or repair is
issued.
